Chris provides knowledge and experience specializing in individual leadership development and organizational management. Chris has a background in marketing having previously worked for a marketing agency, a major bourbon producer, and a tourism company. He also has experience in fraternal management having previously worked for his national fraternity, Kappa Alpha Order, in Greek affairs at APSU, and now with dozens of national Greek organizations across the country. Chris’ true passion lies in working with people in their pursuit of gaining real-world experiences and understanding their own personal abilities. His talents concentrate on motivating and encouraging the inner leader hidden within an individual’s personality, and his ability to influence positive action make his services correspond directly with Plaid’s mission.
In addition, Chris has continuously enhanced the fraternal movement by supporting the North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) by serving as a facilitator for the Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute (UIFI) and Futures Quest. Chris continues to volunteer for Kappa Alpha Order by serving as his chapter’s alumnus advisor, as well as Deputy Province Commander of Academic Affairs for the state of Kentucky. His graduate research continues to explore the depth of authentic leadership development, providing him with a better comprehension and appreciation for Plaid’s ACE program.
