Plaid LLC Partners with Fraternal Organizations to Conduct Officer Development at 13 Separate Conferences

Company facilitates custom curriculum with more than 2,000 students, staff, and volunteers in January and February

John Creek, GA. (March 3, 2020)  – Plaid LLC – an organization that specializes in personal and organizational development – helped conduct more than 230 hours of in-person facilitation of custom curriculum and Birkman Method training to more than 2,000 students, staff, and volunteers so far in 2020. During the first two months of this year, Plaid partnered with several fraternal organizations to contribute to 13 different officer academies. Plaid associates traveled to 10 cities for the academies, where their efforts ranged from complete program development and curriculum design, facilitation of numerous educational topics, and aiding newly elected officers in the implementation of their duties throughout the next year.

Many organizations utilized the Birkman Method – a personality, behavioral and occupational interest assessment that helps people uncover personal strengths, potential challenges and insight into unseen behavioral tendencies. The personality test also improves organizational performance.

Plaid not only provided curriculum to help guide future physicians through clinical leadership using self-awareness and clinical standards. They also created these learning objectives by listening to our needs and finding innovative education our student members had not experienced before. I will engage Plaid again because of the high standards in education and facilitation.”
