Kappa Delta Rho Wins 2019 Laurel Wreath Award
2019 Laurel Wreath Award from the North American Interfraternity Conference
John Creek, GA. (July 31, 2019) – Plaid LLC – an organization that specializes in personal and organizational development—is excited to congratulate Kappa Delta Rho for receiving the North American Interfraternity Conference’s Laurel Wreath Award.
The Laurel Wreath Award is presented to individuals or groups in recognition of their unique programs, community outreach, or influence within the fraternal world.
Kappa Delta Rho (KDR) modernized its member development program, Legion, deliberately maintaining futuristic and strategic thinking to meet today’s college student’s educational needs in innovative, yet technical, avenues. The total project includes instructional design on various topics, 10 online modules, and supplemental training materials for both participants and facilitators. Four stages of the Legion program allow for customized education throughout each member’s undergraduate experience. This pioneering curriculum is at the forefront of industry trends in organizational development.
Plaid continues to support KDR through updates to the online courses, learning management system, and providing access to the Birkman Method Personality Assessment that is completed by all members at the beginning of the Legion program.
