Callie Verderosa Joins Plaid LLC as Consultant
Richmond, Virginia (March 18, 2019) – Plaid LLC has announced the addition of Callie Verderosa to its team, who has joined Plaid as a consultant based in Richmond, Virginia. Verderosa’s primary role within Plaid – an organization that specializes in personal and organizational development – includes curriculum and instructional design, online course development, and facilitation of the organization’s culture-changing programming. Verderosa has five years of experience in higher education and student affairs, working with new students and student leaders in Greek life, new student and transfer orientation, and living- learning programs. Before Plaid, she served as the volunteer services director of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity Headquarters where she oversaw volunteer recruitment, and training for the organization’s 205 alumni and volunteer corporations and 3,000 volunteers. Additionally, she designed and implemented a training program, impacting over 100 of the SigEp’s newest alumni and higher education volunteers.
Verderosa received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in education from Longwood University, and a Masters of Arts in Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Virginia Tech.
While at Virginia Tech, Verderosa provided curriculum development and classroom instruction in a first year experience living-learning program course. She also facilitated an emerging leaders course and leadership retreats within fraternity and sorority life.

Verderosa is originally from Vienna, Va. She enjoys running, cooking and traveling. She is a member of Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority and is excited to be using her passions of curriculum design and facilitation to help elevate people and their organizations.
